Plum tart
Difficulty: super easy
Preparation 10 min – Cooking time 40 min
Ingredients :
- 1 shortcrust pastry
- caster sugar
- 2 tablespoons almond powder
- 20 to 30 plums (about 800g)
- powdered cinnamon
Method
- Preheat the oven to 190°C (gas mark 6-7)
- Spread the shortcrust pastry on the bottom of the tin, prick the base and sprinkle with sugar and almond powder.
- Wash and halve the plums and place them in the tin, skin side down and flesh side up.
- Place in the oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the remaining sugar and cinnamon powder.
