Tarte aux quetsches

Plum tart

Difficulty: super easy
Preparation 10 min – Cooking time 40 min

Ingredients :

  • 1 shortcrust pastry
  • caster sugar
  • 2 tablespoons almond powder
  • 20 to 30 plums (about 800g)
  • powdered cinnamon

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C (gas mark 6-7)
  2. Spread the shortcrust pastry on the bottom of the tin, prick the base and sprinkle with sugar and almond powder.
  3. Wash and halve the plums and place them in the tin, skin side down and flesh side up.
  4. Place in the oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the remaining sugar and cinnamon powder.
